By using DEK Plus, you accept these terms. The service is provided by [COMPANY NAME] ([ADDRESS], registration no. [REGISTRATION NO]).

Your account

You open your account with your email address, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in codes secure. Actions taken from devices linked to your account are treated as your actions. Keep in mind that if you share your account with someone else, they will be able to access the data on your devices.

Permitted use

DEK Plus may be used only on devices that belong to you or that you are authorised to access. It may not be used to monitor another person's device, turn on their camera, view their screen or access their files without their knowledge and consent. Such use is a breach of these terms and may constitute a criminal offence in your country.

You may also not use the app to reverse engineer it, circumvent security measures, place excessive load on the service or transfer unlawful content.

Free plan and Pro subscription

The free plan has no time limit. The Pro subscription is purchased monthly or yearly through the app store or the payment provider and renews automatically unless you cancel it. When you cancel, Pro features remain available until the end of the period you have paid for. If prices change, you will be notified before the change takes effect. Refund requests are subject to the rules of the store where the purchase was made.

Service availability

We aim to provide the service without interruption, but outages may occur due to maintenance, failures on the part of infrastructure providers or conditions on your own network. Features may change over time; if we need to remove a feature, we will announce it in advance.

Your data and backups

DEK Plus is not a backup service. The photo backup and file transfer features are provided for convenience, but they should not be used as your only backup. It is your responsibility to keep a separate backup of your important data.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot be held liable for loss of data, loss of profit or indirect damages. This limitation does not affect any rights that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account in the event of use that breaches these terms; where possible, we will warn you first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY]. As a consumer, you are not deemed to have waived any rights arising from the consumer protection legislation of the country in which you reside.
